Vantage Group Hires Steve Fales as Senior VP for Investor Relations to Drive Capital Growth

Vantage Group Appoints Steve Fales as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations

Vantage Group Holdings Ltd., a prominent player in the specialty insurance and reinsurance sector, has recently appointed Steve Fales as its Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. This strategic move, effective immediately, aims to bolster the company’s partnership capital business while enhancing its ability to connect with institutional investors. Steve will report directly to Chris McKeown, the Chief Executive of Reinsurance, ILS, and Innovation.

In this new role, Fales will be tasked with leveraging Vantage's diverse reinsurance portfolios to create compelling investment opportunities in sectors such as private insurance-linked securities, collateralized reinsurance, and various alternative capital structures. This initiative is expected to align Vantage’s objectives with current market trends and investor needs, enhancing the firm's capabilities across the board.

Chris McKeown expressed his enthusiasm for Fales' appointment, stating, “Steve brings a wealth of experience in business development in the ILS space. His well-regarded track record with investors is due to his ability to communicate the unique proposition that re/insurance presents to sophisticated investors.” He emphasized the importance of having someone as adept in investor relations as Steve to advance strategic initiatives that will drive Vantage’s growth trajectory.

Fales is not new to the landscape of financial services. Before joining Vantage, he held the position of Senior Vice President for Business Development and Investor Relations at Elementum Advisors, LLC. During his tenure there, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and fostering investor confidence in its operations. His prior experience at Lincoln Square Advisors further solidified his background in finance and investment analysis, making him well-equipped for this new challenge at Vantage.

“I am thrilled to join Vantage and support its profitable growth,” said Fales. He expressed eagerness to use his extensive experience to further enhance Vantage's successes, particularly in the Property Catastrophe space, while also developing specialty lines that could open new avenues of growth and market differentiation.
