As the cherry blossoms begin to bloom, Eggs 'n Things Japan is excited to announce a special spring menu available from March 20 to April 20. This limited-time offering includes two delightful dishes: the Sakura Blossom Pancakes and the Kalua Pork and Nanohana Sandwich. Both items will be available at all Eggs 'n Things locations in Japan, except for the Roppongi Hills location.

Sakura Blossom Pancakes

The Sakura Blossom Pancakes are a true highlight of the season, priced at ¥2,180 (tax included ¥2,398). These pancakes are adorned with a smooth cherry blossom rare cheese cream, complemented by a vibrant medley of sweet strawberries and matcha cream. The delicate flavor of cherry blossom wafts from the whipped cream, encapsulating the essence of spring on one plate. Pairing this sweet delight with a refreshing Sakura Lemonade (¥780, tax included ¥858) enhances the spring experience.

Kalua Pork and Nanohana Sandwich

In addition to the pancakes, the menu features the Kalua Pork and Nanohana Sandwich, available for ¥1,680 (tax included ¥1,848), or for takeout at ¥1,680 (tax included ¥1,814). This sandwich combines the traditional Hawaiian dish, Kalua pork, with seasonal nanohana (rapeseed flowers). Nestled between toasted bread, this treat is elevated by a runny soft-boiled egg and rich cheddar cheese, embodying spring vibrancy. It’s perfect for a picnic or hanami (flower viewing) gathering.

Enhance your meal with the invigorating Sakura Lemonade. This drink is available hot or iced for the same prices as mentioned before, and it perfectly blends sweet cherry blossom flavors with zesty lemonade for a refreshing spring sip.
