Hollyland's New Wireless Intercom System Enhances Large-Scale Communication for Professional Productions

Hollyland Introduces Next-Generation Wireless Intercom System

On September 12, 2025, Hollyland unveiled its latest advancement in communication technology: a large-scale wireless intercom system designed to meet the needs of various professional environments, including broadcasting, live events, and industrial applications. This ambitious system is characterized by its impressive scalability and flexibility, allowing it to adapt seamlessly across different setups and locations.

A Transformative Central Hub

At the core of this innovative wireless intercom system is the Geo Central Station, which acts as a powerful hub capable of supporting up to 80 wireless beltpacks concurrently, significantly enhancing communication capabilities without incurring licensing fees. Utilizing advanced roaming cascade technology, this system can provide wireless coverage over an astonishing 4 million square meters—equivalent to roughly 560 soccer fields. Equipped with features like native Dante integration and multiple network ports, this central station minimizes the need for additional audio interfaces, streamlining the setup process while providing reliable, independent audio channels for each group involved in a production.

Versatile Beltpack Functionality

The Solidcom H1, one of the key components of this system, offers exceptional flexibility in deployment. It can function both as a standalone unit or in conjunction with the Geo Central Station, supporting up to 30 beltpacks in standalone mode and expanding to 80 when connected to the central hub. This modular design ensures that production teams can maintain consistent connectivity even in diverse shooting or operational environments.

According to Dave Liu, the CTO of Hollyland's RD Management Center, this system was developed in response to the demands of large, distributed production teams. Liu emphasized, “The modular topology allows scalable user capacity based on project needs, enabling seamless transitions between remote radio units and central stations.” He added that built-in cloud call capabilities extend the system’s functionality beyond traditional limits, fostering real-time communication over wide-area networks.

Advantages Over Consumer Solutions

The new series from Hollyland stands out among consumer-grade communication options due to its various industry-leading features. The system supports an impressive expansion capability of beltpacks, catering to both small sets and large-scale live productions, all operating on a robust 1.9GHz frequency band. A single Solidcom ANT01 unit is capable of covering a radius of 500 meters under open-field conditions. When combined in a cascading configuration, the system transforms into an expansive wireless network, providing seamless communication over large distances.

To facilitate effective coordination among multiple teams, Hollyland has included smart group management functions that allow operators to save, assign, and switch between up to 100 preset communication groups—an ideal feature for quick-paced environments where collaboration is essential. In scenarios where coordination is limited to smaller setups, the system supports the configuration of up to 12 independent groups per cluster of ANT01 units.

User-Friendly Features

Mobility is a priority in the design of the Solidcom BPK01 beltpack, which weighs under 305 grams, including the battery, and offers a lengthy operational capacity of up to 15 hours. The inclusion of integrated Bluetooth support enables users to connect wireless earbuds or headsets, enhancing the cable-free experience. Additionally, the beltpack features four customizable programmable buttons, which allow users to exercise advanced control over multiple channels, initiate call alerts, and execute combination actions within a simplified user interface.

Cloud Capabilities

Hollyland’s new wireless intercom system also introduces robust cloud integration. Two linked Geo Central Stations across different locations can collectively manage 80 beltpacks, while three Solidcom ANT01 units can facilitate up to 30 beltpacks within the cloud structure. This allows remote coordinators, directors, or technical leads to participate flexibly in operations. Furthermore, real-time remote diagnostics and support enable authorized users to access system settings and configurations via a secure web browser, allowing for technical assistance and maintenance that does not require on-site intervention.

Conclusion

With the launch of this transformative wireless intercom system, Hollyland aims to deliver a scalable, flexible, and borderless communication platform that can serve users around the globe. To explore more about the product details and innovations, visit Hollyland’s official site.
