While the demand for multi-corner shoulder tools for rough to medium finishing operations is on the rise, MOLDINO previously lacked a competitive lineup of shoulder tools with diameters exceeding Φ50. This gap in the product range placed the company at a disadvantage. The Alpha High-Speed Shoulder Mill SS4P, originally introduced in 2014, has always been recognized for its cost-effectiveness and excellent performance.
However, it was limited to shank types with diameters ranging from Φ25 to Φ40, which restricted its application scope. Given the increasing market needs, MOLDINO's response was to expand the applicability of the SS4P by introducing a bore type with a large diameter range from Φ50 to Φ125.
