The much-anticipated reopening of Spa Resort Livemax is set for August 9, 2025, in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture. Managed by Livemax Co., Ltd., which operates 185 hotels nationwide, this spa retreat promises to elevate your relaxation experience dramatically.

Enhanced Sauna Experience

One of the highlights of the renovation is the complete overhaul of the sauna facilities. Both the men's and women's sauna rooms have been significantly improved, featuring a new auto-loo system designed for maximum comfort. By injecting water onto heated sauna stones, guests can now enjoy an elevated steam experience that increases the perceived temperature inside the sauna beyond 100 degrees Celsius.

Every 20 minutes, guests can soak in this revitalizing atmosphere, ensuring a true sauna experience. In addition, visitors can choose from three different types of aromatherapy options for a personalized self-loo experience.

New Features: In line with the renovations, a 50-inch television screen will also be installed in the sauna area, creating an entertaining and unique atmosphere for relaxation.

Special Collaborations to Celebrate the Reopening

To commemorate this exciting reopening, Livemax has teamed up with the renowned Soka Health Center, famous for being the birthplace of the Bakufu Loo, to host a series of special events. Professional sauna masters from the center will conduct Aufguss (a technique that involves pouring water over hot stones to create steam) sessions at set times. This exclusive collaboration is set to captivate sauna enthusiasts.
