On October 3, 2026, the Best Buddies Challenge will take off in New York City, and this year, it promises to be more exciting than ever. Cyclists will venture out of the city, crossing the George Washington Bridge and riding through the breathtaking Hudson River Valley, all the way to Bear Mountain State Park. The journey culminates at Glenmere Mansion in the picturesque Ramapo Mountains.

The Challenge isn't just limited to experienced cyclists; it welcomes participants of all abilities and ages, making it a truly inclusive event. For those not ready to tackle the full 100 miles, there are alternative shorter routes of 72 and 33 miles to choose from, ensuring everyone can be a part of this meaningful experience.
