Mark your calendars! The much-anticipated exhibition, celebrating the TBS hit drama "Too Inappropriate" (不適切にもほどがある!) is set to open in two prime locations: Shibuya and Shinsaibashi PARCO. Starting December 25, 2025, visitors will be treated to a unique experience that mirrors the show's comedic yet thought-provoking essence.

What to Expect

2024’s popular Friday drama revolves around Ogawa Ichiro, a 1986 middle school gym teacher who suddenly finds himself in the modern world, where he challenges the overly cautious compliance attitudes prevalent today with his outrageous comments. This unexpected clash between eras provides plenty of laughs while inspiring viewers to rethink societal norms.

To celebrate the show's return as a special on January 4, 2026, the exhibition will feature a re-creation of the beloved cafe, "Scandal", with a twist! Shibuya will see the setting of the 1980s café, 'Kissaten Scandal', while Shinsaibashi will boast its modern counterpart, 'Café Scandal'. Expect to see a detailed recreation of the iconic restroom from the series as well!

In addition to the café, the exhibition showcases original costumes worn by the characters during filming. Fans in Shibuya can admire Muchi-senpai’s leather jacket and Junko’s Sukeban uniform, while those in Shinsaibashi can catch a glimpse of Ichiro’s tracksuit and Junko’s bodicon dress. Special display changes are also planned, ensuring there’s always something new to see.
