Introducing 'Hokenshitsu': A Safe Haven for HR Professionals
In a world where human resources professionals often find themselves grappling with feelings of loneliness and isolation, Trustyyle is stepping in to offer a reassuring solution. On June 12, 2025, the company will launch 'Hokenshitsu,' an exclusive online counseling service tailored specifically for members of its community, the HR Library.
Understanding the Need for Support
Human resources (HR) is a vital function within any organization, responsible for supporting employee growth and company development. However, the very nature of HR work makes it challenging for professionals in the field to find someone to confide in. Many HR practitioners face the dual burden of dealing with employee concerns while also managing organizational expectations, leading to heightened feelings of solitude.
The Challenges HR Professionals Face
Feedback from the HR Library community receiving has highlighted several common issues: difficulty in voicing sensitive concerns regarding employees’ careers and personal lives, feeling sandwiched between management and employees, and a lack of outlets to express minor worries or anxieties. In understanding these challenges, Trustyyle aims to create a friendly, non-judgmental environment where HR professionals can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
The Birth of 'Hokenshitsu'
'Hokenshitsu,' meaning 'health room' in Japanese, evokes memories of school days for many, where students found respite and support when feeling unwell or emotionally drained. Just as a school's health room provided a place for open discussions, Hokenshitsu aims to be a welcoming sanctuary for HR professionals seeking a listening ear. Whether there are clear issues at hand or merely a sense of unease, individuals are encouraged to visit this refuge whenever they need.
What 'Hokenshitsu' Offers
'Hokenshitsu' provides one-on-one counseling sessions facilitated by qualified professionals from the HR Library community. The topics covered range widely, including:
- - Career guidance and concerns
- - Interpersonal relationships within the workplace
- - Approaches to handling assigned tasks
- - Mental health worries
The confidentiality of sessions is guaranteed; discussions will not be shared with any third party without consent, allowing participants to speak freely and honestly.
Who Can Use This Service?
This service is exclusively available to members of the HR Library community. What's more, it will be free of charge, demonstrating Trustyyle's commitment to supporting HR professionals without adding to their financial burdens.
How to Access 'Hokenshitsu'
Sessions will be conducted online via Zoom, with appointments lasting 30 minutes. Interested members can book their sessions through a reservation system called TimeRex. After completing the reservation, participants will receive a confirmation email containing all necessary links for the session.
Looking Ahead
The launch of 'Hokenshitsu' is only the beginning. Trustyyle envisions a future where HR professionals not only receive the emotional support they require but also participate in community-driven learning opportunities. By analyzing trends within the concerns raised (in a way that doesn’t identify individual members), Trustyyle plans to facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing knowledge and promoting engagement amongst its members.
With the tagline 'Learning Together to Foster the Future,' the HR Library is dedicated to creating a society where all individuals involved in HR can shine.
