Dr. Werpy, a seasoned expert in sustainable technologies, brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in research, development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining FFP, he served as the senior vice president and chief science officer at Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM). During his time there, he was instrumental in leading global technology initiatives, driving product innovations, and fostering collaborations that spanned various sectors.
The addition of Dr. Werpy is expected to provide significant benefits to FFP: he holds 30 U.S. patents related to catalysis and biomass conversion and was awarded the American Chemical Society Award for Affordable Green Chemistry in 2015.
