Who is Suvo Sarkar?



Suvo Sarkar is not just any banking professional; he is the Founder and CEO of 3D Advisory, a boutique consultancy dedicated to digitization and innovative designs particularly within financial services. He is well-known in the financial community for his expertise in retail banking, wealth management, and digital innovation. His previous role as Senior Executive Vice President and Group Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD saw him at the forefront of the bank's digital transformation efforts, where he successfully launched Liv., recognized as the Middle East's pioneering digital lifestyle bank.

In addition to his operational roles, Sarkar holds advisory positions with prominent global firms, including serving as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, an Executive Advisor to Mastercard, and the Chairman of the IBM Middle East and Africa Advisory Board. He is also the voice behind the acclaimed Money Majlis podcast and contributes his expertise to various startups and boards, including Abu Dhabi University and Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP).
