P.F. Chang's is celebrating the arrival of autumn with a delightful new menu titled "Autumn in Kyoto." This limited-time dining experience draws inspiration from the rich seasonal traditions of Kyoto, Japan, known for its breathtaking landscapes and deep-rooted cultural practices celebrating fall. Starting September 16, 2026, patrons can savor new dishes that showcase the comforting flavors of the season, including Duck Wings and Duck Fried Rice, alongside special cocktails.

A Taste of Kyoto's Essence

The essence of Kyoto's autumn—characterized by warmth, family gatherings, and picturesque scenery—has been captured in this menu. Jim Mazany, CEO of P.F. Chang's, shared, "Autumn naturally encourages gatherings, and we aimed to embody that spirit within our dining experience. The new menu reflects a blend of familiar flavors and fresh ingredients, providing guests with a new culinary journey."

New Dishes for a Cozy Autumn

Among the highlights of the new offerings are two innovative duck dishes:

• - Duck Wings: These wings are tossed in teriyaki sauce and garnished with toasted sesame seeds, Fresno peppers, and scallions, presenting a delightful balance of sweet and savory.
• - Duck Fried Rice: This is an elevated twist on a classic, featuring shredded duck enhanced with julienned vegetables, edamame, fried shallots, kimchi, chili jam, chili-spiced butter, and a fried egg, making it a comforting yet adventurous dish.

Additionally, the return of Wagyu Egg Rolls adds a luxurious touch, filled with Wagyu beef seasoned with black pepper, garlic, ginger, and crunchy vegetables, paired with black garlic aioli. The iconic Sushi Boat also makes a comeback, designed as a shareable centerpiece to bring friends and family together during this cozy season.

Seasonal Cocktails to Complement the Feast

To elevate the dining experience, P.F. Chang's has introduced handcrafted cocktails, including a unique collaboration with YOSHI Matcha Liqueur—the first of its kind to hit the market. The Matcha Martini combines RumChata, YOSHI Matcha Liqueur, cream of coconut, and a hint of cinnamon, providing a comforting drink that mirrors the fall spirit. Another new addition is the Kyoto Cabin, crafted with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, black tea, maple, and lemon, finished with an aromatic touch of nutmeg.
