Starting on June 1, Colombin Harajuku Salon will elevate your summer experience with two exclusive gourmet shaved ice creations. Known for their exquisite pastries, Colombin will roll out "Baked Alaska" and "Swan," showcasing the skill of their patissiers and the playful spirit of their culinary creations.

The "Baked Alaska" is an innovative twist on a classic dessert. Priced at ¥2,500 (tax included), this treat features fluffy meringue enveloping layers of vanilla and raspberry ice cream. The dessert is then carefully baked to perfection, creating a luxurious experience. Nestled within edible decorations like mango and pineapple chunks, along with vibrant edible flowers, this masterpiece promises a delightful taste and visual treat. Only 15 servings will be available daily, ensuring that every customer receives an exclusive culinary experience. This stunning dessert will be available from June 1 to July 15, 2026.

On July 16, another masterpiece will make its debut—the "Swan." Priced the same as the Baked Alaska, this creation draws inspiration from the exquisite dessert "Peach Melba" named after operatic soprano Nellie Melba. The dessert features two meringue swans perched gracefully to form a heart shape, a nod to the iconic swan featured in Wagner's opera, Lohengrin. With a hidden layer of vanilla and raspberry ice cream, the Swan is as flavorful as it is beautiful. Limited to just 15 servings each day, this luxurious treat will be available from July 16 until September 23, 2026.

In addition to these two new offerings, the salon is also serving a popular lineup of shaved ice treats available from May 1 through September 23, 2026. Customers can enjoy refreshing options like:

• - Salt Ramune (¥1,540): A refreshing concoction that incorporates salt from the Noto region, providing a combination of delicious flavors and essential minerals, perfect for hot summer days. Enjoy it with friends at their monthly Noto Reconstruction Support Market held on the fourth Saturday of every month.

• - Strawberry Milk (¥1,540): Utilizing domestically sourced strawberries for a pure delicious flavor, this treat allows you to enjoy the essence of strawberries, complemented by a winter-themed macaron snowman.

• - Milk Tea (¥1,540): This new version boasts the enjoyable aroma of high-quality black tea and features a strawberry sauce to elevate the taste experience, also accompanied by the adorable snowman macaron.
