Pokémon Sleep together with the Health Ministry will also offer a special sleep workshop during the Children's Kazamigasaki Observation Day on July 30, 2026, aimed at young children and their guardians. This event, designed to help children learn about the significance of good sleep habits, will feature lectures from sleep specialists discussing the importance of maintaining healthy sleep routines during the summer break, a period notorious for disrupting regular sleeping patterns.
