fmGIG TOKYO Shibuya Station is collaborating with
Minna no Boken Kyoshitsu to offer a unique hands-on experience for middle and high school students, focusing on radio DJing and program production. This engaging event is designed under the concept of fostering self-strength through diverse interactions with professionals from various fields such as art, music, and history.
Getting Involved in Radio
The Radio DJ and program production experience is a wonderful opportunity to develop critical skills including:

What is fmGIG?
Established in 2002,
fmGIG is one of Japan's largest internet radio stations, fostering creativity and communication by reaching out to listeners from all around the nation with a roster of over 200 personalities. Working within the framework of a recognized non-profit organization, fmGIG emphasizes music-focused programming by securing distribution agreements with major record labels such as
Tokuma Japan Communications.
A Little About Minna no Boken Kyoshitsu
Minna no Boken Kyoshitsu is an experiential learning initiative aimed at elementary and middle school students, connecting them with professionals in various fields to discover their interests. This will mark the first venture targeting middle and high school students, offering a chance to connect their learning with firsthand experiences in fun and engaging ways.

- - July 27 (Sun): 11:00-12:00, 13:00-14:00, 14:30-15:30
- - August 3 (Sun): 11:00-12:00, 13:00-14:00, 14:30-15:30
- - August 24 (Sun): 11:00-12:00, 13:00-14:00, 14:30-15:30
Each session will allow one group of participants, and they can come alone or as part of a group (up to 3 members).
With a nominal participation fee of
1,500 yen for a group of 1-3 students, parents are welcome but limited to one accompanying adult per group.
