Mantenno Tsujinoya's New Autumn Menu Launch
In addition to the exciting offerings at Strange Hotel Premier Tokyo, H.I.S. Hotel Holdings is also excited about the release of a new autumn menu called "Shiki Kaiseki Aki" at Mantenno Tsujinoya, a hot spring inn with a 1500-year history located in Awazu, Ishikawa Prefecture. As part of the accommodations, guests can enjoy this exquisite meal designed by the head chef, who recently received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for culinary excellence.
The "Shiki Kaiseki Aki" menu is limited to 50 servings per day and features an array of seasonal delights such as four types of sashimi (local rice, tuna, kanpachi, and sweet shrimp), grilled lobster, beef shabu-shabu, mushroom rice cooked in a pot, and a refreshing dessert of fig compote. This mouthwatering dinner, along with the delightful breakfast offered by Tsujinoya, is available starting at 33,000 yen for two guests sharing one room (prices include tax and are per person per night).
