As the TOKYO Whisky Library marks its 9th anniversary this October, it reflects on a journey supported by patrons since its opening in 2016. In appreciation of this support, the venue is offering a special "9th Anniversary Course" that promises a delightful culinary experience paired with fine whiskey.

This year, they partner with the esteemed 嘉之助蒸留所 (Kanose Distillery), located in the picturesque city of Hioki in Kagoshima Prefecture, to create an exclusive private bottle of whiskey. This innovative distillery is known for its rich blending of whiskey and shochu, and this collaboration will highlight the brand's unique distilling methods along with the TOKYO Whisky Library's commitment to quality.

The 9th Anniversary Course offers an exquisite tasting menu including:
1. Amuse: Truffle and lobster bisque France
2. Appetizer: Sous-vide Tasmanian salmon
3. Fish: Sautéed seasonal fish served with red snow crab and white wine sauce
4. Main Dish: Beef fillet with foie gras Rossini
5. Dessert: Caramel mousse served with coffee or tea
6. Celebratory Drink: Sparkling wine

Exclusive Whiskey Offer

In addition to the special course, TOKYO Whisky Library introduces a limited release of the Single Malt Kanose 4-Year White Wine Cask Finish Exclusive for TOKYO Whisky Library. This remarkable whiskey, distilled in April 2021, showcases an intricate maturation process: 39 months in bourbon barrels followed by 13 months in white wine casks, resulting in a unique taste profile. Only 293 bottles will be released in August 2025.
