Human Academy Gains Registration as a Japanese Teacher Training Organization

Human Academy, a comprehensive school for certification acquisition and job changing, has made significant strides in the educational sector by gaining registration as a "Registered Japanese Teacher Training Organization" and "Registered Practical Training Institution" from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan. This recognition applies to four additional campuses: Emitarasu Tokorozawa, Nagareyama Otakanomori S.C., Marui Family Mizokuchi, and Ito-Yokado Yamato Tsuruma. With this, the academy now boasts 32 campuses across Japan that meet the stringent criteria set forth by the Japanese government.

This accreditation signifies Human Academy's commitment to providing high-quality education and practical training for aspiring Japanese teachers, backed by 40 years of experience in adult education. Each student in the program receives dedicated support to ensure their training is comprehensive and effective. The school's aim is not just to produce qualified teachers, but to also contribute to international society by fostering better communication through proficient Japanese language skills.

As Japan prepares for the implementation of the "Japanese Language Education Institution Certification Law" slated for April 2024, there is an increased demand for quality Japanese language education. The law mandates that language institutions meet certain standards, helping to guarantee reliable Japanese language instruction nationwide. This is crucial, especially as the number of foreign workers in Japan is projected to rise significantly, with a 12.4% increase noted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, totaling over 2.3 million individuals by the end of October 2024.

As workplaces and communities become increasingly diverse, the ability for foreign residents to communicate effectively in Japanese becomes vital for their integration and participation in society. Consequently, the demand for qualified Japanese language teachers with higher professionalism and practical skills is growing. Human Academy is poised to meet this challenge, ensuring that its instructor training programs and practical training are consistent and of high quality across all of its campuses nationwide.

The recognition of Human Academy as a registered training organization underscores the competence of its faculty and the quality of its educational offerings. The institution is dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring that all graduates, whether in Japan or abroad, are fully equipped to succeed in their roles as educators. By maintaining synchronized high standards of education across its campuses, Human Academy aims to contribute substantially to the field of Japanese language education.

In addition to teacher training, Human Academy has developed its unique educational platform, promoting a culture of "learning through fun" and fostering a professional development environment. They offer over 800 courses that cater to a wide audience, from preschoolers to seniors, focusing on STEAM education and reskilling initiatives.

As a leading player in the education sector, Human Academy reflects its corporate philosophy of "For People, For the World". The organization continues to adapt to societal shifts while maximizing synergies across its various business ventures, which include not only education but also human resources, nursing, childcare, beauty, sports, and IT services. The organization's extensive network comprises over 340 locations domestically and partnerships in five countries abroad, ensuring wide access to high-quality educational services.

As Human Academy embarks on this new chapter with its registered campuses, it remains steadfast in its mission to train the next generation of Japanese language professionals capable of making significant contributions to society. With a commitment to innovative educational practices combined with a solid foundation of experience, the Human Academy is well positioned to lead in the evolving landscape of language education in Japan.
