Dara Polakoff

Dara joins Albers & Associates as an associate attorney, proud of her background in criminal, civil, and family law. A cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, she has gained notable experience through her involvement in national moot court competitions and working in the University’s Tax Clinic, where she represented clients against the IRS. Since becoming a part of the Maryland Bar in 2019, Dara has established a reputation for her advocacy skills and commitment to client needs, making her a significant asset to the family law practice.

Dan Farlow

With over 25 years of experience in family law, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and courtroom expertise. His extensive background includes handling complex custody cases, child support disputes, and juvenile matters across District, Circuit, and Appellate Courts. Dan is particularly skilled at supporting families facing difficulties related to addiction and mental health. Additionally, he actively contributes to the professional community as a presenter on child estrangement issues at the Judicial College of Maryland.

Kayla Delpo

Kayla, an associate attorney at Albers & Associates, emphasizes communication and transparency in her practice. With a focus on family law, her experience ranges from divorce cases to contested custody issues and protective orders. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Studies, along with her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Department of Children and Families in Florida, advocating for child abuse survivors and gaining valuable insight into family dynamics.
