The star of the dessert lineup is the luxurious five-layer "Hojicha and Chocolate Verrine." Featuring poached pears, subtly sweet hojicha jelly, creamy panna cotta, and rich hojicha chocolate jelly, all crowned with a crunchy hojicha crumble, this dessert balances varied flavors leaving a lasting impression.
