Initially, the method fills gaps in the building's foundation with boron-based termite prevention fillers, blocking entry points. Furthermore, it ensures rain protection, effectively safeguarding the treated wood parts from termite damage and decay. Inorganic minerals, unlike organic counterparts, do not volatilize or decompose, providing sustained effectiveness over time. This multi-layered prevention method, combined with accountable construction practices, eliminates the need for reinstallation during the warranty period.
