On February 2, 2026, Val Laboratory, located in Suginami, Tokyo, will enhance the Eki-Supa App (available for both iOS and Android) and the Eki-Supa for web platforms by integrating real-time delay information from Kanto Bus and Suginami Green Slow Mobility services. The Eki-Supa service is committed to making public transport a more reliable experience by displaying real-time updates on train and bus delays alongside route search results. With this update, users can now monitor 36 different transport companies for real-time updates, improving their overall travel experience.

The Eki-Supa App will reflect any operational delays right within its route search results and timetables. Users will see current delay times along with estimated departure and arrival times, providing a comprehensive overview of their travel status.

To utilize the live updates on the Eki-Supa for web platform, users can enable the "Real-Time Route Search" feature on the homepage settings.
