Growing up as the fourth of seven siblings, Keita Ohito moved to Tokyo after graduating from Kagoshima Jitsugyo High School. He joined JREX Corporation, excelling in real estate sales, twice achieving top annual performance. In 2013, he founded Rearx Find at the age of 29, focusing on condominium procurement and resale, alongside other real estate services. Under his leadership, the company has seen uninterrupted growth for seven consecutive years. He is also a member of the Shinjuku Urban Development Council.

Mikiko Suzuki, CEO of Art Craft Science


Starting her career as a banker, Mikiko Suzuki transitioned to the real estate sector in 2009 by joining Art Craft Science. Despite her initial lack of experience in the industry, she succeeded due to her expertise in finance and investment. In 2021, she took the helm of the company, focusing on business expansion and promoting innovative approaches with a female perspective.

Masayuki Namiki, Vice President of Spring Estate


Masayuki Namiki has been with Spring Estate since 2001, dedicating his career to investment sales and property management. He spearheaded the condominium resale division in 2013, driving substantial growth, culminating in record profits anticipated in 2025.
