2. Orecchiette al Pomodoro Datterino con Stracciatella (Puglia)

From Puglia, enjoy hand-crafted Orecchiette pasta shaped like little ears, tossed in a rich sauce made from juicy Datterino tomatoes, crowned with creamy stracciatella. This exquisite dish can be savored for ¥2,380 (tax included).

3. Busiate alla Trapanese (Sicily)

Sicily presents Busiate alla Trapanese, a spiral pasta mixed with a sauce made of tomatoes, almonds, and fragrant basil, at a price of ¥1,980 (tax included).

4. Fregola alle Vongole (Sardinia)

Sardinia contributes its traditional Fregola, a grain-like pasta, served with a clams sauce that can be ordered in either Bianco or Rosso (with tomatoes). Enjoy this dish, newly debuted in the restaurant, for ¥2,280 (tax included).
