In a landmark move for the telecommunications sector, Odine (BIST: ODINE), a globally recognized technology partner, has teamed up with Mavenir to significantly upgrade Turkcell's (NYSE: TKC) (BIST: TCELL) telecom infrastructure. This collaboration will harness advanced cloud-based automation to not only enhance operational efficiency but also modernize call routing and provisioning processes within Turkcell's network, emphasizing an integrated approach to service delivery.

The backbone of this initiative is Odine Orion, a sophisticated wholesale voice management platform developed by Turkish engineers. By integrating Odine's expertise in network automation and orchestration, Turkcell is poised to experience a transformative upgrade, allowing for enhanced scalability and reliability in its services. This project represents a significant milestone in the transformation of telecom voice infrastructures, providing automated provisioning capabilities that seamlessly integrate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Enhancing Call Routing and Provisioning

As part of the project, Odine is set to enhance Turkcell's Call Routing System (CRS), particularly in the fixed domain services sector. This will enable the seamless provisioning of session border controllers (SBCs) for enterprise traffic, leading to intelligent call routing decisions and deep integration with CRM workflows. The result will be a noticeable improvement in operational agility, laying a robust foundation for future digital advancements in the telecommunications landscape.

Odine's commitment to designing and deploying this unique solution ensures that the transition to a more efficient system is smooth. Legacy interconnect systems within Turkcell’s infrastructure will transition to a fully virtualized setup, thanks to the Orion Wholesale Voice Management platform. This modernization introduces a suite of functionalities, including routing, billing, route optimization, and fraud detection. The new platform will effectively connect with all Turkcell nodes, creating a fully automated interconnect solution designed to bolster performance.

Importantly, features such as number portability have also been integrated into the platform, further optimizing interconnect operations and enhancing automation across Turkcell's extensive network.
