On February 20, 2026, JAM TRADING, based in Osaka, is set to unveil its latest store, JAM VINTAGE&SELECT in Kichijoji, marking a significant milestone as it becomes the 20th store in the brand's national chain. This new location will offer an extensive range of vintage and authentic American casual goods, following the brand's ethos and expanding the presence of their 'JAMTOWN' concept.

The Kichijoji store will occupy approximately 35 tsubo (around 115 square meters) and feature over 2,000 products, making it an exciting destination for vintage clothing enthusiasts. A special in-store section, dubbed “JAM CLASSICS,” will focus on timeless and durable American-made items that resonate with JAM's identity of classic style.

JAM CLASSICS is designed to offer a curated selection that emphasizes the values of durability and authenticity. The opening of this new store holds deep significance for founder Masanori Fukushima, who recalls attempting to open a location in Kichijoji 15 years ago but deciding to hold off until the company was ready. In reflecting on the past, Fukushima shares, “Back then, we were strictly an e-commerce operation from Osaka. I felt it was premature for us to venture into such a prominent market. Now, after 15 years of growth and perseverance, I can confidently say that the time has come to establish our presence here.” His vision is to honor and rekindle a connection with that earlier ambition while contributing to Kichijoji’s dynamic vintage scene.

Pre-Opening and Exclusive Offers

To celebrate the grand opening, a pre-opening event exclusively for JAM members will take place on February 19, starting at 11:00 AM. At this event, attendees can enjoy an early buying opportunity for all products, including the sought-after JAM CLASSICS range, ahead of the general public.

From the grand opening on February 20, Kichijoji visitors can also look forward to a special selection of outdoor items from renowned brands like Columbia, THE NORTH FACE, NIKE ACG, and Patagonia, available only at this location.
