Steve Kuhlman, Acme Tools’ president of corporate operations, expressed enthusiasm about the new venture, stating, "Acme Tools is pleased to expand to Rochester to better serve our customers in southeast Minnesota. This expansion not only promises a wider range of high-quality tools but also aims to create new job opportunities, as Acme Tools plans to hire 40 new employees for this location, increasing their workforce to 650 across the region.

Paul Kuhlman, the president of merchandise operations at Acme Tools, noted the importance of this variety, stating, "Product selection, product knowledge, and service after the sale make the new Rochester location a destination for contractors, woodworkers, landscapers, and homeowners."

This latest store opening signifies Acme Tools’ dedication to cultivating a strong business network in Minnesota, where they now operate five retail stores alongside a newly established distribution center in Burnsville that opened in 2023.
