Building on the success of the 'Floral Cookie Tin' launched in August 2025, drawing inspiration from the hotel's historic floral-themed menu that has graced its main dining room since the Taisho era, this second edition captures the essence of the snow-covered Café Terrace. At the heart of this beautifully designed tin is an icing cookie that resembles a teacup adorned with the emblematic lily of the valley, brimming with royal milk tea. Surrounding it are charming cookies fashioned as little birds and squirrels enjoying a tea party, all tantalizingly scented with the aroma of royal milk tea.
But that’s not all! The collection also includes a variety of seasonal cookies such as the Galette Bretonne with an apple flavor, inspired by the hotel's traditional apple pie, and an array of icing cookies designed to evoke the winter flowers of Karuizawa.
