This initiative is the second phase requested by the landowners who commissioned the first Phil Park Shinju Sanbanchi. Continuing with the principle of flexibility to adapt to future environmental variations, the company’s one-stop service covering everything from planning and design to construction and tenant acquisition has been pivotal in securing this project. This five-story commercial complex is designed to create spaces that address diverse demands.

In response to the increasing influx of domestic and international tourists, the long-term stay hotel "illi Stays," opening in January 2026 on floors 2 through 5, will cater specifically to groups of four or more. This new hotel is expected to generate fresh foot traffic in the Shinjuku Sanbanchi area and contribute to the local economy's revitalization. By creating new value that enhances the appeal of the entire region, this project marks an exciting continuation of the previous Phil Park Shinju Sanbanchi.
