Zoomlion Showcases Intelligent Hybrid Agricultural Solutions at AGRITECHNICA 2025

Zoomlion's Innovative Debut at AGRITECHNICA 2025

In a groundbreaking presentation at the AGRITECHNICA 2025, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., known by its stock symbol 1157.HK, made a significant impact as it unveiled its advanced hybrid agricultural solutions designed to transform farming practices globally. The event took place in Hannover, Germany, on November 12, 2025, where Zoomlion showcased nine innovative exhibits that highlight its commitment to sustainable and intelligent agricultural technologies.

The centerpiece of Zoomlion's exhibition was its range of hybrid machinery, including four new energy-powered models—the hybrid tractors DV3504, DQ2604, DL1604, and the impressive 480-horsepower hybrid harvester H7-600E. These hybrid tractors are engineered for large-scale, intelligent, and sustainable farming, boasting robust performance and fuel efficiency. They range from 160 to 350 horsepower, providing users with enhanced operational comfort and effectiveness.

Among the featured hybrid tractors, the flagship model DV3504 stands out with its distributed intelligent electric drive system, MIDD. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of large-scale agriculture, the DV3504 delivers a towing force of 119 kN and a hydraulic performance of 227 L/min, all while ensuring a comfortable ride thanks to its soundproof cabin and air-suspended seat.

A particularly exciting highlight of the event was a live demonstration of the DV3504 tractor's autonomous plowing capabilities, streamed directly from China. The demonstration showcased the Zpilot Pro system, demonstrating Zoomlion's ability to optimize the entire agricultural process—from tillage and sowing to crop care and harvesting. Attendees were treated to aerial drone footage, front and rear camera views from the tractor, and a display in the operator's cabin, all synchronized with a cloud-based management platform. The tractor autonomously generated optimal paths and executed various maneuvers with centimeter-level precision, thanks to its advanced multi-sensor fusion technology.

Equally notable was the H7-600E harvester, which garnered attention with its outstanding efficiency metrics: 20% higher operational efficiency, over 30% less operator workload, 70% fewer transmission components, and an impressive 50% greater reliability compared to traditional models. As the world's first hybrid intelligent high-capacity combine, it integrates a robust 480-horsepower engine with an 11.55 kWh battery, achieving peak performance exceeding 600 horsepower.

Additionally, Zoomlion's German subsidiary, RABE, introduced three new high-quality implements— the intelligent plow SUPER ALBATROS, the tillage machine PHOENIX T 600, and the disc harrow PANDION M 500—designed to provide tailored solutions for varying soil conditions in the agricultural industry.

Liu Yuxin, General Manager of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery, emphasized that this exhibition represents a significant advancement in the company's strategy focused on 'High-End, International, New Energy.' Dr. Fu Ling, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Zoomlion, reiterated the importance of leveraging construction machinery expertise to innovate agricultural implements, aiming to contribute significantly to a more sustainable global agriculture sector.

The AGRITECHNICA 2025 not only showcased Zoomlion's pioneering technologies but also reaffirmed its dedication to addressing the modern challenges faced by farmers worldwide. Together, the innovations presented signal a transformative approach to farming that prioritizes efficiency and sustainability, ultimately fostering a more resilient agricultural future.
