Scheduled to open in October 2025, this sustainable building will grace the vibrant area of Yoyogi in Shibuya City.
Project Overview
FURAM SANGUBASHI will be a renovation of an existing office building located in Yoyogi 4-chome. The initiative is part of Realgate’s commitment to eco-friendly building regeneration. Notably, it aims to achieve the ZEB Ready certification, marking a first for the company. This building will incorporate energy-efficient systems and extensive insulation improvements to minimize its carbon footprint.
