The new facility is strategically located just a 5-minute walk from "Hanzawa Station" in Yokohama City, making it highly accessible for customers. The area features a mix of residential and office buildings, catering to the needs of both individual and corporate clients, including short-term storage solutions.

- 23 types of storage spaces ranging from 0.5 tatami mats (lockers) to 5.0 tatami mats
- Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- A secure storage environment enhanced by advanced security measures
- Climate-controlled spaces equipped with air conditioning and dehumidifiers

During the preview event held on March 28 and 29, 2026, a total of 23 customer groups visited the facility, resulting in over 20 reservation agreements, indicating a strong interest and demand from the outset.
