Zoomlion Enhances European Service Network with Training and Support Expansion

Zoomlion Expands European Service Network

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched a significant enhancement to its customer service network across Europe, promising timely and efficient support to its users. Serving over 30 cities in more than 20 countries, the company has established nearly ten centers dedicated to training and technical assistance with a rapid response time of four hours on-site for six core product lines.

The latest addition is the first international training center specifically aimed at concrete machinery, which has recently commenced operations in Poland. This center is strategically developed by Zoomlion's Polish subsidiary, focusing on the operational and maintenance needs of concrete machinery users across Europe. On its opening day, the center rolled out a customized two-day training program on concrete pump trucks for seven technical professionals from a European client, marking a promising start to its services.

The training center reflects Zoomlion's commitment to meeting local customers' expectations regarding parts availability, timely supplies, technical documentation, and complex fault diagnostics. Customers can reach Zoomlion's service technicians through various channels, including a hotline, email, MyZoomlion app, equipment QR codes, and official social media, ensuring a prompt initial response within one hour.

The service network across Europe assists a variety of machinery, including earth-moving equipment, aerial work platforms, engineering cranes, concrete machinery, agricultural machinery, and industrial vehicles. Additionally, Zoomlion has strengthened its regional parts and training infrastructure, establishing Germany as a regional hub integrating equipment distribution, parts supply, major repairs, and professional training. This hub is further supported by national parts centers located in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham, and Warsaw, alongside municipal parts warehouses.

Zoomlion has also set up significant training centers in Germany, Hungary, and Poland, complemented by additional training points in France, the Netherlands, and the UK. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its local engineering team, bolster parts reserves, refine remote diagnostics, and extend the four-hour service model to cover additional major European cities.

As part of its broader localization strategy, Zoomlion aims to continuously adapt local service networks to meet the operational needs and conditions of various international markets, enhancing response efficiency and customer service throughout the global lifecycle. The emphasis on localized training and support exemplifies Zoomlion's dedication to improving service accessibility and support for its European clientele.

In summary, Zoomlion's expansion represents a significant leap in its commitment to customer service excellence, focusing on education, rapid response, and robust support systems. The company’s ongoing efforts to adapt and innovate will likely bolster its reputation as a reliable partner for heavy industry solutions across Europe.
