Lineage W Welcomes a New World: 'Failer'

NCSOFT Corporation, headquartered in Pangyo, South Korea, is excited to unveil its upcoming third economic-focused world in the MMORPG 'Lineage W', named 'Failer'. Set to officially launch on November 5, 2025, at 18:00, this new world follows the previously released Adena and Alphonse worlds.

The 'Failer' world will maintain the unique characteristics of its predecessors, allowing players to acquire paid equipment and card gacha using Adena. Additionally, players can benefit from a dedicated season pass exclusive to the Failer world, enhancing the gaming experience further.

Special Launch Events

Upon the opening of the Failer world, NCSOFT will host a series of celebratory events designed to support players in developing their characters.

- Desire's Golden Dungeon: This special dungeon offers enhanced experience points and Adena boosts, providing players with valuable resources as they engage in their adventures.
- Lucky Magic Doll Ball: Players can participate in this event for a chance to earn hero-level transformations or magic dolls, elevating their game status significantly.
- Failer's Blessing: As a special item rewarded on the first day of attendance, players can obtain this world-exclusive blessing that enhances their stats and provides experience bonuses.

Furthermore, for those attending the launch, four distinct types of EARLYBIRD COUPONS will also be available, adding extra excitement to the inauguration of the Failer world.

Character Pre-creation Event

Moreover, a character pre-creation event will occur from October 29, 2025, at 18:00 until November 5, 2025, just before the scheduled maintenance. Participants will be able to create characters in advance and will receive various rewards.

Through the 4th anniversary attendance check-scroll, players can collect exciting items, including:

- 4th Anniversary Commemorative Gift Box (Day 1 reward)
- Legendary Transformation Challenge Ticket (Day 14 reward)
- 4th Anniversary Lucky Cube (daily rewards)

Additionally, adventurers will have the opportunity to loot valuable items like the Failer's Golden Box, which offers as much as 5 billion Adena, pet transfer support boxes, and growth support boxes to assist in their journey.

Pre-creation Campaign

In collaboration with the character pre-creation event, there is an ongoing campaign that awards participants with gift cards. Players can enter by posting a screenshot that showcases their character created in the Failer world on social media with a specified hashtag. The lucky winner will receive a 5,000 yen Apple Gift Card or Google Play Gift Code.
