This event will take place from October 11 to October 13, 2025, at the second floor of Futako Tamagawa Tsutaya Electrics SEASON STREET. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, this three-day event offers a rare opportunity for plant enthusiasts and those new to the world of gardening alike.

About W-PLANTS

Founded in 1947, W-PLANTS has a long-standing history as a premier nursery in Okinawa, a region renowned for its diverse and unique flora. The store has become a hub for plant lovers and buyers from across the nation who visit to find one-of-a-kind specimens. This year’s exhibition promises to showcase over 200 types of rare and exotic plants directly from Okinawan farms, marking the largest scale of such an event to date.

During the event, two experts from W-PLANTS will be present to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer insights on how to incorporate greenery into everyday life. Whether you're a beginner looking to green up your space or a seasoned collector on the hunt for rare species, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and explore.

Handmade Yachimun Pottery

Complementing the plant showcase, the event will also feature special ceramic pots crafted by the renowned Okinawan potter, Hiroshi Kinjyo. Known for his Yachimun pottery, each piece is imbued with a piece of Okinawa's spirit and culture, featuring local dialect names such as “Yui G” and “Kari G”. These pots, of manageable sizes, will present a beautiful way to display your new plants and bring a touch of Okinawan heritage into your home.
