This fair is a part of the broader 'Fukushima Destination Campaign,' organized in collaboration with the JR Group and Fukushima Prefecture. This event aims to celebrate the rich culinary diversity of Fukushima, showcasing the region's incredible ingredients and the culinary skills that bring them to life.

The event will take place at the 25th-floor dining and bar venue, 'Ovest,' offering a stunning view from 100 meters above the ground. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of beautifully presented dishes made from seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Fukushima. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a selection of exquisite beverages, creating a perfect dining experience.
