SINEXCEL Unveils Its First Energy Storage Solution in Ukraine Enhancing Electricity Supply Stability
SINEXCEL Launches First Energy Storage System in Ukraine
On January 7, 2026, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) successfully put into operation its first energy storage system in Ukraine. This system, designed with a capacity of 1.5 MW and 3 MWh, signifies a major milestone in the company's expansion across Europe, and it plays a crucial role in supporting the local stability of electricity supplies and the reliable delivery of power.
As the demand for consistent electricity supply continues to rise, particularly in critical services, adaptable and rapidly deployable energy solutions are becoming increasingly essential. The new energy storage project promises to provide reliable support for the local grid, alleviating operational pressures and enhancing the overall availability of electricity.
Key Features of the New System
The energy storage system is equipped with a power conversion system (PCS) rated at 160 kW, which can meet the daily electricity needs of approximately 300 households. It offers stable power support for community use. With a response time of mere milliseconds, the PCS from SINEXCEL allows for rapid and precise grid regulation, significantly enhancing the flexibility and responsiveness of the system.
Improved Power Quality and Network Security
This PCS supports an efficient bidirectional flow of energy, while maintaining voltage stability through dynamic reactive power compensation. Such capabilities contribute positively to power quality, catering to both industrial and residential users. Furthermore, the system is designed with a high level of protection and a modular architecture, ensuring long-term reliable operation, simplified maintenance, and scalable capacity that meets future demand.
SINEXCEL has delivered over 15 GW/40 GWh of energy storage capacity globally, with more than 5,000 projects deployed across 40 countries and regions. This latest milestone demonstrates SINEXCEL's ability to scale its proven energy storage technologies across diverse grid environments, enabling the company to meet the growing demand for stable and flexible energy solutions in Europe.
