Kinko's Enhances Fan Experiences at Monster Hunter Now Events

Kinko's Japan Corporation, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo and led by CEO Hiroki Watanabe, has taken a significant step forward in enhancing fan engagement in the gaming community. From January 9 to 11, 2026, Kinko's participated as a collaborative partner in the 'Monster Hunter Now' official offline meetup during the "eSports Festival" held at Tokyo Big Sight. The event attracted around 300 fans, where Kinko's was responsible for venue decoration and novelty item production.

Delivering Unique Fan Experiences

In the gaming and eSports sphere, offline events are becoming increasingly diverse, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the game’s universe. For game developers, such venues serve as vital touchpoints to deepen fans' affection for their brands. Effective event executions require well-planned designs and decorations that align with the venue's flow and operational logistics. Kinko's aimed to maximize experiential value by combining on-demand printing with spatial design, ensuring they met the needs of event attendees.

At the 'Monster Hunter Now' meetup, Kinko's utilized lightweight materials for quick setup and takedown, creating a cohesive atmosphere even in a limited space. Furthermore, the novelty distribution included personalized guild cards, printed on demand, housed in exclusive acrylic pass cases, providing attendees with one-of-a-kind souvenirs.

Key Highlights of the 'Monster Hunter Now' Meetup

1. On-Demand Printing of Personalized Guild Cards and Pass Cases
Kinko's produced guild cards reflecting in-game character information through on-demand printing, adding an exclusive touch by placing them in specially designed event pass cases.

2. Quick Setup and Dismantling with Lightweight Materials
Considering the need for turnover in the event space, Kinko's selected durable and lightweight materials. The architecture required no tools and allowed for immediate removal after the event concluded.

3. Creating Cohesion through Chair Decorations
Chair covers served as decorative accents, enhancing the event's theme even in constrained areas. Additionally, this design allowed for easy removal by attendees, reducing the labor required for cleanup.

Event Report

The event created a vibrant atmosphere, where about 300 fans exchanged ideas and experiences through 'Monster Hunter Now.' Participants gave high praise to the distributed novelty items, including guild card-infused pass cases and chair decorations, as noted in feedback surveys. Comments such as “I was thrilled to have a pass with my ID” and “The exclusive novelty item is fantastic” highlighted the personal touch that elevated the event's overall experience.

Social Media Campaign

To continue the excitement, Kinko's will conduct a campaign on its official X account, offering a chance to win the exclusive novelties distributed during the event.
