What is Nagashi Somen?

Nagashi Somen is a fun and refreshing way to enjoy somen noodles, wherein guests scoop up the noodles as they flow gently through cool, running water. This event uses the famous Ibō-no-ito somen noodles from Hyogo Prefecture, known as one of Japan's top three somen varieties. Event Details

The event will take place at the 1st Floor Sports Bar within Haneda Airport Garden, a complex connected directly to Terminal 3. The festival will run from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both days, with the last order taken at 4:30 PM. Please note, there will be a brief maintenance period on August 10th from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, during which the event will be temporarily paused.

Participants can enjoy the fun of scooping noodles from a 5-meter bamboo trough, adding a traditional touch to this interactive dining experience. Note that the noodles for the flowing experience and those served at tables will be prepared separately to ensure quality and enjoyment.

Entry Fee

The participation fee is 1,000 yen (tax included), which grants each guest three rounds of the nagashi somen experience, along with a serving of Ibō-no-ito noodles, dipping sauce, and garnishes—perfect for any noodle enthusiast!
