Renovation of the Flight-Inclusive Booking System by Apa Hotels
Apa Hotel, the largest hotel network in Japan with 1,071 hotels and 143,915 rooms, has launched an upgraded flight-inclusive accommodation booking service through its official website. Beginning April 1, 2026, this new service will operate under a collaboration with Airtrip Co., Ltd. and Nz Enterprise, both part of the Apa Hotels group. This partnership aims to provide a seamless travel planning experience for customers, combining hotel stays with flight bookings all in one place.
Key Features of the Renovated Service
Apa Hotels has emphasized three main strengths of the revamped service that set it apart from the competition:
1. Competitive Pricing
The new booking option allows customers to access exclusive accommodation plans and specially priced flights through Airtrip's expertise in tour planning. One significant benefit includes earning Apa Points, where guests will receive 300 points per room for each night booked through this new service, addressing past restrictions on point accumulation during flight-inclusive reservations.
2. Extensive Connectivity
The updated service covers all routes from 10 major domestic airlines, including ANA and JAL, as well as various low-cost carriers (LCCs). This expansive selection provides travelers with the flexibility needed to combine flights and hotel stays at Apa Hotels across Japan seamlessly.
3. Enhanced Booking Experience
Travelers will now have the convenience of booking both flights and accommodations through a unified platform on the Apa Hotels official website. The service includes advanced features like seat selection for certain flights, making the booking process more user-friendly and efficient for everyone.
Structure of the Service Partnership
This initiative is operated under strict travel industry regulations and is coordinated as follows:
- - Travel planning and implementation by Airtrip Co., Ltd. (Registered as a travel agency by the Japan Tourism Agency No. 1872)
- - Nz Enterprise, overseeing domestic package tours combining flights and stays (Registered as a travel agency in Tokyo No. 2-8244)
- - Apa Service Co., Ltd. is responsible for sales (Registered as a travel agent in Tokyo No. 3-6395)
The contract supports various airlines for the flight-inclusive offerings, such as JAL, Skymark, and several more.
