From July 17 to August 31, 2026, Wonderia Yokohama, an immersive experience facility operated by DeNA, will host its first summer event, "Summer Wonderland 2026." Located within BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai, the attraction opened on March 19, 2026, and welcomed over 100,000 visitors by May of the same year.

This year’s summer event highlights the fascinating theme of “the movements of living beings.” Visitors can engage in a range of immersive experiences, explore the updated Wonderia app, enjoy café offerings, and participate in exciting workshops, all designed to stimulate curiosity during the sweltering summer.

1. Updated Multimedia Displays and App Content
With the kickoff of "Summer Wonderland 2026," some video content inside the venue will be refreshed. This update offers a striking view of the vibrant movements and characteristics of various creatures. Additionally, the Wonderia app, which is used by over 90% of visitors, will expand its collection feature, adding digital cards showcasing movements of selected creatures such as rabbits and bears. This brings the total collectible creatures from 77 to 86, enhancing the exploration experience gamely.

2. Explore with the Wonderia Exploration Kit
Visitors can purchase a specially designed 'Wonderland Exploration Kit' featuring an original smartphone case, an exploration notebook, and cards depicting various creatures. Targeting children in elementary school, the kit promotes active learning about nature through fun activities such as coloring and research, making it ideal for summer break projects.

3. Upcycling Workshop with Aqua Clara
