Starting from September 25, customers will be able to savor these delightful offerings, with the Sapporo Chante location featuring the new menu from September 26.

1. Soft Braised Pork Belly Udon - Priced at 1,000 yen (included tax: 1,100 yen), this udon is topped with tender pork belly that has been slow-cooked to perfection. It also includes a perfectly seasoned egg, making it a comforting meal that encapsulates the flavors of the season.

2. Domestic Beef and Maitake Tempura Bukkake Udon - Available for 1,280 yen (included tax: 1,408 yen), this exquisite dish features locally sourced beef served with a flavorful sukiyaki-style sauce. Enjoy the tender meat alongside crunchy daikon radish or with an onsen tamago (soft boiled egg), complemented by deep-fried maitake mushrooms that highlight autumn's bounty.

3. Tempura of Autumn Vegetables and Mushrooms in Egg Sauce Udon - Priced at 1,200 yen (included tax: 1,320 yen), this dish features an assortment of seasonal tempura, including sweet potatoes and pumpkins, served with a rich, velvety egg sauce udon. The combination of fluffy eggs and a luscious sauce showcases the rich flavors of mushrooms and vegetables, delivering a hearty meal for udon lovers.

About Udon no Shikoku

Udon no Shikoku began as the first self-service udon restaurant in Kagawa in 1966. Expanding beyond local roots, it played a significant role in introducing authentic Sanuki udon across Japan.
