Open Up With, a pioneer in creating inclusive workplace environments for persons with disabilities, is excited to announce the opening of its new office in Hachioji, Tokyo, slated for August 3, 2026. The Hachioji office will house ongoing operations in two sectors: flower arrangement and stationery production. By situating these two business units together, the company seeks to promote daily interactions and mutual understanding among team members, thereby enhancing the quality of support offered to each individual.

In addition to launching the new office, Open Up With is also planning organizational improvements at its existing Minamihashimoto office in Kanagawa, focused on further enhancing workplace conditions and layout.
