Linking Business and Talent Strategies: One significant improvement in this year’s report is the elaboration on connecting business and talent strategies. It integrates insights gleaned from the Cabinet Secretariat and the newly released “Human Capital Visualization Guidelines (Revised Edition).” Furthermore, recent trends from ISSB and SSBJ have also been considered to reinforce this aspect, clarifying how KOTORA's business model intertwines with its talent strategy to enhance corporate value.
