Odakyu Energy Launches New Utility Services

On March 2, 2026, Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, will officially launch "Odakyu Energy", a new utility service offering electricity and gas to households in the Kanto region through the service platform "Odakyu ONE." Also starting on the same day, customers can begin signing up for these services.

This initiative is a collaboration with Q-DEN Next Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kyushu Electric Power that specializes in retail electricity, and Mitsuroko Green Energy Co., Ltd., a gas retailer. This alliance aims to provide customers with competitive energy solutions while enhancing the overall user experience.

Benefits of Odakyu Energy

The newly offered "Electricity Plan" and "Gas Plan" both cater specifically to households in the Kanto region, offering the attractive feature of earning up to 1.5% in Odakyu points based on the usage amount. Moreover, long-term contract bonuses have been introduced, whereby 500 points will be awarded annually to customers who opt for long-term agreements. Additional perks include discounts through the "Odakyu Lifestyle Support" service, which provides useful coupons for house cleaning services and others.

Key Features:

• - Point Rewards: Customers can earn 0.5% in Odakyu points for their electricity and gas bills, with an additional 0.5% for payments made with the OP Credit Card, and another 0.5% when registered with Odakyu ONE, culminating in a total of 1.5%.
• - Family Benefits: Contracting the electricity plan allows up to four family members to benefit from the umbrella-sharing service "Aikasa."
• - Long-term Commitment Incentives: Customers who maintain their contract for one year will receive 500 bonus points.
• - Exclusive Coupons: Access to special discount coupons for lifestyle services will be provided from time to time.

Launch Campaign

To celebrate the launch, a special campaign will run until March 31, 2027, offering enticing bonuses to new sign-ups:
1. 3,000 Points for signing up for the electricity plan.
2. 2,000 Points for signing up for the gas plan.
3. 4,000 Points when opting to use a newly issued OP Credit Card for payments, or applying with OP Credit JCB.
4. A 9,000 yen coupon for house cleaning services available through "Odakyu Lifestyle Support" for those who sign up for either plan.
