RTI International Announces New Leadership

RTI International, a prominent independent scientific research institute, has officially appointed David White as the new Vice President of Client Technology. White brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT strategy, operational leadership, and technology transformation to his new position. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the technology practice area at RTI, where he oversaw the IT strategy across the institute and collaborated closely with organizational leaders to implement technology solutions tailored to enterprise priorities.

In a statement regarding his appointment, White noted, “Technology plays a critical role in how we deliver high-quality research and services to clients. My focus is on ensuring that our teams fully harness digital tools, including AI, in a manner that is practical, secure, and aligned with our clients' expectations.”

White's professional journey before joining RTI in 2022 includes significant leadership roles, such as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Battelle, where he led technology strategy and operations. His extensive background also includes leadership and consulting roles at Navigator Management Partners and the State of Ohio’s Office of Administrative Services.

White holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Franklin University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Columbus State Community College. His academic background, combined with his extensive experience, positions him as a formidable leader within RTI as it pushes for technological advancement.
