Suits 10th Anniversary Support Campaign
As we approach our milestone of ten years in business, Suits Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo; CEO: Yusuke Komatsu) is excited to announce the launch of a special anniversary support campaign for other businesses.
This campaign will run from February 6 to February 13, 2026, during which three selected companies celebrating their own 10th anniversary can benefit from three months of free access to our AI-based task management tool, SuitUp. To participate, businesses can fill out our contact form, indicating "2026 10th Anniversary Support Campaign" in the inquiry section.
More details can be found here.
In our simulations, we found that in a company of 30 employees, daily task progress checks between superiors and subordinates can incur a staggering cost of 1.19 million yen over a month if done manually. For small and medium enterprises, this cost burden can be significant, but implementing SuitUp can greatly enhance task visibility and efficiency, drastically reducing overhead costs.
A survey conducted by Nulab from October 6 to October 10, 2023, revealed that 31.2% of respondents rely on tools like email or calendars for personal task management, while only 11.7% utilize dedicated task management tools for team collaborations. This highlighted the urgent need for teams to adopt more effective systems.
We believe that integrating team task management is the first step towards improved productivity for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups. This campaign aims to assist those businesses as they approach their 10th anniversary, which is a critical juncture for reflection and planning for future growth.
Companies preparing for their anniversary will find numerous tasks to juggle, from organizing events and communications to coordinating logistics and managing stakeholders. Unfortunately, many still depend heavily on spreadsheets or paper notes, leading to difficulties in tracking progress, setting priorities, and ultimately increasing risks related to preparation delays and misunderstandings.
Through SuitUp, we aim to streamline these processes, allowing companies to visualize their tasks and ensure smooth information sharing among internal and external parties. By enhancing project management efficiency, we hope these businesses can successfully navigate their anniversary activities and set the stage for continued success.
