SHEIN’s '#SHEIN Again' Campaign Marks a Year of Sustainable Fashion



SHEIN, known for its trendy apparel and wide-ranging lifestyle products, is set to kick off its twelfth edition of the '#SHEIN Again' clothing exchange and donation campaign from July 1 to July 7, 2025. This initiative, a milestone marking a year of commitment to sustainability, encourages customers to bring in their gently used clothing to swap for new items, and has already seen a remarkable participation of 6,081 individuals since its inception in July 2024.

The Journey So Far


Over the past year, '#SHEIN Again' has successfully collected a total weight of 4,458 kilograms of clothing through its previous campaigns. The latest running, from June 1 to June 15, 2025, drew in 589 participants, resulting in 312 kg of clothing donated. This initiative not only promotes recycling but also raises funds for the certified NPO, Bridge Asia Japan (BAJ), which actively supports communities in Myanmar and Vietnam. The clothes donated are bought by recycling companies, with proceeds directed towards BAJ's community development projects.

Campaign Objectives and Participation


During the twelfth event of '#SHEIN Again', participants can contribute adult clothing in exchange for various items including apparel, shoes, and bags. Interested subscribers must apply through the campaign page and bring their items to the designated venue, 'SHEIN TOKYO'. For those who share their experience on social media using the hashtag #SHEINAgain, an additional item can be redeemed, allowing for a maximum of four items.

Addressing Breast Health


On June 24, 2025, SHEIN partnered with the NPO RFTC Japan to conduct an informative session about breast cancer awareness. The session, which saw 14 participants, covered essential topics such as self-examination techniques and the importance of regular screenings. This event reaffirmed SHEIN's commitment to empowering consumers and maintaining transparency with its recent publications, including the 'Consumer-Focused Voluntary Declaration' and the '2024 ESG Report'.

The '#SHEIN Again' campaign aims to foster a culture of sustainability and consumer engagement. By hosting workshops and encouraging donations, SHEIN is committed to building a more environmentally friendly future.
