Meet the Instructor: Anju Ishizaki


Anju Ishizaki was introduced to meditation in 2004. She believes in sharing the insights on living fully in the moment and the importance of handling negative emotions, such as anger and sadness, without pushing them away. Her teachings incorporate Bali-style meditation, Buddhist principles, yoga philosophy, and New York-style mindfulness. Anju aims to help participants connect with themselves and their communities, spreading the message of wellness and mindfulness.

Created in December 2021, this service connects companies with local pharmacists to promote employee health, making it an essential resource for corporate wellness programs.
