About Kazunori Shizutani

Kazunori Shizutani, the owner and head bartender of BAR LIVET and Shinjuku Whisky Salon, is a recognized Master of Whisky. He earned this title at the age of 25, becoming the youngest to do so. Kazunori actively promotes whisky culture through various media platforms and was pivotal in developing the Saki Glass brand. His goal is to create destination bartender experiences and drinks, with plans to expand this vision with a franchise store opening in Roppongi by August 2025.
