LiquidSpring® Unveils Groundbreaking Suspension Systems at SEMA 2025

The automotive world is buzzing with excitement as LiquidSpring®, a renowned leader in smart suspension technology, showcases two unique builds at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Located in the West Hall, Booth #58065, the spotlight is on the Toyota LandCruiser LC79, developed in collaboration with EC Offroad Australia, and the dynamic Polaris Xpedition UTV. Both vehicles are equipped with LiquidSpring’s cutting-edge RideSync™ Smart Suspension, setting new standards for ride comfort and control.

Innovation and Comfort Redefined

As articulated by Carl Harr, the Director of Sales at LiquidSpring, these builds are a true representation of the company’s commitment to innovation. "These vehicles demonstrate how LiquidSpring is redefining suspension technology, enhancing control, comfort, and confidence across diverse markets—from RVs and trucks to emergency vehicles and commercial fleets, and now UTVs," states Harr.

The advancement in smart suspension technology has global implications, making rides safer and more comfortable regardless of the environment. LiquidSpring aims to change perceptions surrounding suspension systems, offering solutions that cater not only to traditional vehicles but also to the burgeoning market of UTVs.

The Toyota LandCruiser LC79: Built for Adventures

The Toyota LandCruiser LC79 represents LiquidSpring’s strategic entry into the Australian market, specifically targeting overlanding enthusiasts. Collaborating with EC Offroad, this model features a Bowen Customs tray reinforcing its adventurous spirit. The enhanced Smart Suspension technology provides a smoother and allowing for a more refined ride in one of Australia’s most beloved vehicles.

Polaris Xpedition: The Small Package with Big Potential

The Polaris Xpedition marks a significant leap forward as LiquidSpring’s smallest application to date. This UTV is not just about the ability to handle rough terrains—it's revolutionizing the UTV market with RideSync™ technology that offers active suspension adjustments tailored to varying terrains.

The Xpedition comes equipped with a 23Zero rooftop tent, making it the perfect companion for off-road adventurers. The system features Tru-Earth Leveling® for automatic load compensation and height adjustability, ensuring superior clearance over challenging trails while maintaining easy access for drivers when parked. Don Gephart, Marketing Manager at LiquidSpring, emphasizes this innovation, stating, "No other suspension system provides this level of comfort, control, and adaptability in a UTV. We are setting a new benchmark in the powersport industry."
